Great location for catching a Pirates game, just a quick stroll to the field! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, even with some hiccups. Enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and a decent breakfast spread. The bathroom could've used some TLC and there was some trash in the hallway that wasn't picked up.

We had a great experience at Hyatt Place. the location was perfect, just a short walk from Stage AE and close to the stadium. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. the staff were friendly and made check-in quick and easy. We also appreciated the variety of restaurants within walking distance and the convenience of the gated parking area. the hotel also provided extras like granola bars and candy, which we thought was a nice touch.

I chose to stay at Hyatt Place for its proximity to PNC Park, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless internet access. Additionally, the thoughtfully sourced food and specialty coffee drinks at The Bar were delightful.
High parking and drink prices.

Great location near stadiums, bars, restaurants, and city center. Helpful staff and shuttle service available.
Felt very welcome, nothing to complain about.
